I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with cozy and comfortable rooms but on the smaller side. The morning breakfast was delightful. The staff, especially Mr KK, was exceptionally hospitable and helpful in arranging my itinerary and ensuring I visited all the attractions and shopping spots. The location was good and close to the metro station, which made it convenient for my travels.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean and quiet rooms featuring very comfortable beds, sitting areas, tea-making facilities, flat-screen TVs, and good bathrooms with plenty of hot water and free toiletries. The staff, especially KK, was incredibly helpful and the food was great. I did face some travel issues, and KK provided fantastic assistance. I would definitely revisit this hotel and recommend meeting KK for any help needed.
